Chimichurri sauce is made with a variety of fresh, green herbs, including parsley, cilantro, and oregano. It has a piquant taste imparted by vinegar, garlic, and spicy peppers. Spanish cuisine makes excellent use of chimichurri sauce, but it's a great ingredient for fusion dishes as well. Wholesale chimichurri sauce allows restaurateurs to take advantage of this flavorful condiment without going through the hassle of preparation. Here are four things you can do with wholesale chimichurri sauce.

1. Create a signature aioli sauce.

Aioli is a flavorful twist on classic mayonnaise. Homemade mayo is made by creating an emulsion of oil and egg yolks. You can make a chimichurri aioli for your restaurant's sandwich menu by substituting chimichurri for the oil in your favorite mayonnaise recipe. Chimichurri aioli is a beautiful, vibrant green color, and it's packed with flavor. When you create a signature aioli dressing, your customers will keep coming back for more. Chimichurri aioli can also be used as a garnish on other dishes, such as omelets and rice bowls.

2. Exquisitely season meat.

Chimichurri pairs excellently with meat, especially beef. Give your customers an unforgettable flavor experience by marinating cuts of steak in chimichurri sauce before grilling them. Chimichurri sauce can bring out the natural flavors in meat and give it new dimensions. Add chimichurri to your restaurant's condiment shelf to enhance the dishes you already serve. Chimichurri sauce can also be used to great effect on fish and chicken dishes.

3. Craft unique and delicious tacos and burritos.

You can also use chimichurri sauce to craft delectable tacos and burritos. These Mexican dishes are often made with a mixture of beans, meat, rice, and vegetables. Salsa is frequently added to give the dish extra flavor. You can make your tacos and burritos unique by substituting a traditional tomato salsa with chimichurri sauce. The vinegar in the sauce will add the touch of acid that Mexican food needs, while the herbs add a fresh flavor.

4. Serve it as a light appetizer.

You can also serve chimichurri sauce as a simple appetizer. Chimichurri sauce makes an excellent dip for a variety of finger foods, such as tortilla chips or pita chips. Keep your customers content while they wait for their food by providing a dish of complimentary chimichurri sauce. The exotic flavor of this sauce will make an excellent substitute for more standard fare like bread and butter.
